Intrinsically safe SY valve is designed to be used in hazardous location by limiting the energy that could cause ignition when used with properly sized barriers.

• Utilization of the standard SY5000 body.
• 52-SY when used with a safety barrier is certified and tested to the following ATEX classification: Ex II 2G EEx ia IIB T4..T6.
• Three kinds of safety barriers are available.
• The terminal box type (TT) is IP65 compliant.
• Long life time (same as standard SY series).
• This valve is only compatible with the legacy SY manifold
• Base Mounted.
